So, lowcaps, midcaps or hicaps. Which one does everybody like, and why? I like mids because you have a decent amount of ammunition, but you don't have to contend with the winding.

I would honestly have to recommend staying away from hicap magazines. Event organizers are slowly restricting their use. Some events only allow one hicap, others don't allow any. Right now, it seems like all the larger events are completely restricting or only allowing the use of one hicap mag. So purchasing multiple hicap magazines will probably end up being a waste of money since you won't be able to use most if any of the magazines.
Personally, I prefer midcap mags (like G&P or MAG) and standards (like Classic Army or Tokyo Marui). The only thing about the G&P midcaps is that you have to break them in with silicone oil before they will work well for you.

If you do that make sure you got enough mag pouches or a SAW pouch.

Yeah, if you go with all 20 round VN realcaps you will have to buy a lot of mags and mag pouches to get up to the normal ammo limit. Typically at Airsoft Ohio games, the limit for loaded rounds is 680. That means that you will need 34 mags. Trust me, for your own sake, keep away from realcaps and stick with standards or midcaps
